Our design team must navigate many different typologies and site specific influences producing stand-alone homes, multi storey apartments, hospital level care centres, dementia specific design and shared facilities such as theatres, gyms, cinema’s, hairdressers, chapels and cafes.

With 28 villages completed or under development and a further development pipeline landbank of over 4,800 units over 9 brownfield and 10 greenfield sites. Our involvement in a project progresses through the management of civil works to the handover of project to the Operations and Property teams. The continual improvement feedback loop we have with our internal stakeholders allows us to perfect our design and construction solutions.
