With more than four decades of experience with insulated panel in New Zealand, Supermac Group is a market leader in the design and build of insulated panel construction in New Zealand and the wider Pacific.
We have four divisions that work independently and collaboratively with each other. Supermac Industrial Construction; specialises in construction of industrial buildings, Coolstores – Pack houses – Freezer and Chiller units – Food Processing plants; Supermac Technologies specialises in the installation and maintenance of ethylene and airborne bacterial removal systems; Modcom Portable Buildings Ltd designs and builds portable buildings for residential, commercial and education markets and Accessmac Equipment Hire is the arm that contains all of our lifting equipment and transportation which is also available for hire.

Over 40 Year’s Experience
The Supermac group started over 40 years ago with two brothers – Bro & Rex doing some contracting work. When a client asked who did the job he said ‘Supermac did it’ and so Supermac was born.
This small family business started as contractors with Supermac Insulation then graduated to Supermac Holdings where they took on their own projects and more recently to complete design and build contracts. To complete the bigger contracts that they were winning, Supermac Holdings Ltd. not only needed more staff, they needed access equipment and thus Accessmac was born. Accesmac started out with equipment only for internal use but such was demand, it wasn’t long before it became an access hire business. Modcom was added to the company’s portfolio at a staff’s suggestion for company growth. Modcom has grown in its 20 years of operation to be a market leader in the portable building market and has an extensive hire fleet and impressive sales history.
