We are now looking for a Senior Electronics Engineer (Hardware) to take on the design lead role within the engineering department. You will be a technical peer for the hardware team lead, working as lead designer and technical architect for product development of complex electronic products which will be manufactured in high volume. This role has strong design/creation orientation, so you will be a starter rather than a finisher while driving long and vigorous validation and productisation processes.

What you need:

  • 7+ years' experience in hardware design
  • 3+ years' experience designing volume manufactured and power electronics products
  • Solid experience in supporting and troubleshooting production and field issues
  • Willingness and ability to travel occasionally

Qualifications:

  • Tertiary qualification in electronic engineering, preferably with post-grad qualification
