Our clients are seeking Quantity Surveyors for numerous construction projects throughout New Zealand.

The Quantity Surveyor will be responsible for providing direction to the Site Management Team as required on the financial status and forecasting of the project.

He/she will also ensure that safety, quality, cost, and time requirements are adhered to throughout the duration of the contract, including the maintenance period that follows.

As a key member of the Commercial department, the Quantity Surveyor will lead by example, by providing day-to-day guidance and mentoring of team members, whilst also directly and indirectly contributing towards day-to-delivery.

Job Requirements:

• A formal qualification in Quantity Surveying (Diploma or degree in Quantity Surveying) particularly from tertiary institutions in the United Kingdom
• 2-4 years of experience in Quantity Surveying
• New Build/multi-story construction experience
• Residential & Commercial build knowledge
• Excellent communication skills
