Acoustic Engineer

Acoustic Engineers, there has never been a better time than now to move to New Zealand, with the occupation being selected by the New Zealand Government to be eligible for the straightforward ‘Straight to Residency’ pathway on tier 1 of the Green list

Day – to - day responsibilities may include:

  • Offer expert advice on acoustic materials, design, and performance in day-to-day tasks.
  • Work closely with diverse teams to develop eco-friendly acoustic solutions.
  • Analyse and interpret test outcomes to ensure product compliance and effectiveness.
  • Contribute to ongoing research and development efforts for continuous enhancement.
  • Act as a valuable technical resource for both internal and external stakeholders.


Ideally, your experience will include:

  • Solid technical acoustics background
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication capabilities.
  • Proficient interpersonal skills conducive to productive teamwork.
  • Previous lab experience would be advantageous.
