About the role:

As an Asset Manager, you will join our team based in Central North Island, drawing on your consultative approach to advise our clients and recommend best practice and pragmatic solutions.

You will use and assist in the development of the latest technology in asset management, data analysis, deterioration forecasting, support of maintenance planning and development of asset renewals forward works plans. 

Day to day you will be:

• Leading development of asset investment strategies, maintenance programmes, renewals forward works programmes, and identification and implementation of business improvement opportunities to improve asset management maturity.
• Developing, reviewing and negotiating variations to contracts, programs, projects and services
• Responding to inquiries and resolving problems concerning contracts, programs, projects, services provided, and persons affected.

About you:

• BE (Civil), Diploma in Engineering (Civil) or other relevant tertiary qualification relating to Infrastructure.
• Proven ability to manage multifaceted supplier/service provider relationships and develop effective working relationships.
