  • 10 years’ experience in project management, ideally PNP qualified
  • Manage projects from strategic planning, detail project planning and delivery
  • Ability to identify process improvements
  • Be Up-to-date with agile, lean or customer centric development methodologies and ways of working.
  • Have the ability to apply project management skill set – with an implementation mindset to deliver business benefits
  • Be well-organized and creative 
  • Objective and decisive analytical insight and problem-solving skills
  • Leadership, collaboration and influencing skills to guide your team and the rest of the organization through complex initiatives
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral
