In Aotearoa, New Zealand alone, we service 25,000 kms worth of roads. Whether it’s our work on major projects like the: 

• City Rail Link in Auckland
• Transmission Gully in Wellington
• Milford Road in Fiordland
• Cameron Road in Tauranga

As a Project Controls Manager, you will play a key role supporting and assisting the setup of control systems, including procedures and appropriate reporting measures. You will be required to lead details reviews of projects to assess their performance to date whilst also identifying and agreeing pragmatic recommendations with the project manager. 

About you: 

We are looking for candidates with the following skills and experience: 

• Preferred experience of actively developing and implementing project management systems including Time, Quality and Cost systems.
• Strong civil construction experience
• Knowledge of ISO9001 and Project Management Institute or Prince Project Management models.
• Relevant Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
• Excellent communication skills
• Customer focused including the ability to identify project solutions that enable project objectives
• Clear demonstration of leadership behaviours that empower others.
